Our coffee plantation

 
We establish internal control systems in the use of organic fertilizers: compost, green manure, animal dung, plant remnants or non-synthetic fertilizers. To protect soil structure, soil moisture and its biological component we have soil management. We are growing our coffees in a scientific way of use of chemical inputs, such as pesticides, fungicides and artificial fertilizers in environmental considerations such as weather, soil, and other factors.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Yirgacheffe

 
LOCATION: SOUTHERN NATIONS, NATIONALITIES, AND PEOPLE’S REGION
ALT. 2,000-2,500 METERS

We have Yirgachfe coffee in washed and natural types. It also consists of Kochere coffee, known for its quality and preferred by many of our customers. Yirgachefe is internationally known and recognized coffee brand. It is highland grown coffee and has intense flavor known as flora. Top grade Yirgacheffe coffees share many characteristics with the best Sidama coffees. It is characterized with fruit flavors, a bright acidity, and silky mouths feel. It has fine acidity and rich body. Many roasters are attracted to its fine and fruit flavor and are willing to pay a premium price for it.

The Sidamo coffee brand categorized together with the Guji type is described with a medium-sized bean, greenish-greyish in color. Due to balanced tests and a good flavor called sweet coffee, has fine acidity and a good body. We offer you high-grade unwashed Sidama coffees known for their intense fruity characteristics.

Forest coffee

 
We are delivering forest natural coffee grown in one of the renowned forest coffee growing area, Kaffa. Forest coffee grows organically. Quality Harrar coffees are prominent for a fruity characteristic and a creamy body.
